Licensing & Copyright
Infinitrix News respects intellectual property and ensures that all original content is protected through both traditional copyright law and modern decentralized verification methods.
1. Copyright Ownership
All original content, including but not limited to articles, graphics, logos, design, and layout, is the exclusive property of Infinitrix News and its respective authors unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized copying, republishing, or modification is strictly prohibited.
2. Blockchain & IPFS Content Protection
To protect the originality and timestamp of published works, Infinitrix News uses blockchain technology and the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS). This includes:
- Generating content hashes (CIDs) to verify the authenticity of each article
- Publicly linking to each article's IPFS record
- Preserving a permanent timestamp to confirm publication date
These records provide decentralized proof of ownership and are accessible through verification links embedded within each article.
3. Republishing Policy
You may not republish, redistribute, or translate our articles in full or in part without written permission unless explicitly stated under a Creative Commons license.
For partnerships or republication rights, please contact us via email.
4. Fair Use
You may quote short excerpts (1–2 sentences) from articles for commentary, reviews, or references, provided that a visible link to the original article is included and full credit is given to Infinitrix News.
5. Licensing for Contributors
Guest authors or contributors retain ownership of their submitted work but grant Infinitrix News a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publish, archive, and distribute the content across all platforms.
6. DMCA & Content Violations
If you believe that any content on Infinitrix News violates your copyright or ownership rights, please notify us with the proper evidence and we will take immediate action.

7. Verification & Audit Trail
Each protected article may include a content hash (CID) and timestamp record viewable on public IPFS gateways, ensuring transparency and irrefutable authorship history.
