End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract between you (the “User”) and Infinitrix News regarding the use of our digital platforms, applications, websites, and services. By accessing, installing, or using any product or content associated with Infinitrix News, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this agreement.

1. License Grant

Infinitrix News grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to download and use our applications and services for personal or organizational non-commercial purposes. This license is applicable only through authorized distribution platforms such as:

• Google Play Store (Android)
• Apple App Store (iOS)
• Official Web Access via https://www.infinitrixnews.com

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Infinitrix application or website code
• Use automated bots, scripts, or AI to extract data or scrape content without written permission
• Duplicate or republish Infinitrix content outside permitted Creative Commons/partner channels
• Sell, sublicense, rent, or lease access to our services or licensing rights

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, ownership, and intellectual property in the Infinitrix brand, source code, data, trademarks, and platform UI remain the sole property of Infinitrix News. The license granted under this EULA does not transfer ownership of any underlying technology or brand asset.

4. Data & AI Usage

By using Infinitrix services, you acknowledge and consent that certain anonymized usage data may be processed using AI systems for analytics and improvement. All AI interactions comply with ethical machine learning practices and privacy norms under Indian law and GDPR where applicable.

5. Termination

This agreement may be terminated automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, your license to use Infinitrix applications will immediately cease, and you must uninstall or delete all software and digital copies.

6. No Warranty Disclaimer

Infinitrix products are provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranty, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. Infinitrix does not guarantee uninterrupted access, bug-free performance, or specific platform availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Infinitrix News is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services, including loss of profits, business disruption, or data loss.

8. Governing Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Imphal West, Manipur.

9. Updates & Revisions

Infinitrix News reserves the right to update this EULA at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of major revisions via official platform channels or app update notes.
